Join the New Motors Team! New Motors has been a staple in the Erie community since opening on Peach Street in 1971. Position Overview: New Motors is seeking a driven and customer-focused Automotive Internet Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle inquiries, following up on customers inquiries, and delivering a seamless sales experience. This is a customer-oriented position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people. Vehicle experience is not needed, we offer on the job training on all product knowledge and inventory systems. Pay structure: Hourly rate plus commissions. $40,000-$55,000 based on performance. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
• Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and encourage dealership visits.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including features and specifications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiries to in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Eagerness to learn about our products and stay up-to-date on inventory.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
