Executive Director of Financial Systems Location New York, NY (Midtown area) :

Executive Director of Financial Systems New York, NY, 10022 Full-time, Permanent Salary: $210,000/ year

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Executive Director of Financial Systems:

  • Must have working knowledge of Infor (Lawson) Systems
  • Must be able to come onsite four days per week
  • No more than three jobs in the last ten years

Responsibilities of the Executive Director of Financial Systems:

  • The Executive Director is responsible for Security Administration, Training of the Infor (Lawson) systems, implementing product enhancements, patches & upgrades for all Infor (Lawson) applications.
  • The Executive Director of Financial Systems will work with the management teams of the areas mentioned above to provide reports from various Infor (Lawson) applications that are requested either during annual audit engagements or as part of a special project. This person is also responsible for the annual generation of 1099-Misc and NEC tax forms that are distributed to vendors.
  • The Executive Director manages a department of 3 employees - Infor (Lawson) Systems Department. This department is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of employee payroll cycles. This includes the transmission of payroll data to the third-party vendor (Ceridian), as well as the correspondent banking institutions utilized. The annual process of generating and distributing employee W2 tax forms is also administered by the Infor (Lawson) System Department.

Requirements of the Executive Director of Financial Systems:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Financial Systems
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 experience.
  • Working Knowledge of Infor (Lawson) Systems
  • Working knowledge of Network Administration
  • Knowledge of Payroll & Benefits Administration systems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in constant changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $200,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
