Monarch Investment is seeking a Dual-Site Leasing Consultant to join our beautiful Commons and Landing at Southgate Apartments as well as The Plaza in Minot, ND

What You Will Do as a Leasing Consultant

• Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments
• Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings
• Conduct and report market surveys
• Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements
• Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms
• Assist with resident retention and engagement programs

What We Are Looking For

• Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents
• Willingness to complete online training courses
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
