Job Description

Medical device company is looking for a production operator who can SPEAK CHINESE, to work with the engineers from the Chinese team. Key Responsibilities - Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor plastic tubing production lines and material preparation. - Quality Control: Inspect tubing dimensions/appearance against standards and record accurate data. - Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance. - Compliance: Adhere to cleanroom protocols, 6S standards, ISO 13485 requirements, and safety protocols. - Teamwork: Complete daily tasks efficiently and report any abnormalities immediately. Qualifications & Requirements - Technical Skills: Familiarity with extrusion, heat shrink, or polymer processing is a plus. Basic mechanical aptitude required. - Physical: Able to stand, bend, lift materials, and work under a microscope while wearing cleanroom attire. - Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving abilities. - Conditions: Must be adaptable to shift work and constant temperature/humidity controls.
