About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in keeping internal teams running smoothly. Youll handle essential administrative tasks and contribute to the day-to-day operational processes by assisting with service delivery across departments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and being the go-to support person for a high-performing team.
What Youll Do
Support payroll processing through data entry, verification, and quality checks.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.
Maintain and audit employee and client records in HRIS and payroll systems.
Support a wide range of administrative and operational activities, includingpayroll processing and benefits administration.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects.
Provide support to the Director of Operations, the operations team, and client partners as needed.
Other assignments as needed.
