Job Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed residential cleanings (regular and deep cleanings)
• Follow a structured cleaning system and workflow (training provided)
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Treat clients’ homes with care, respect, and professionalism
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
