Mid-Level M&A Associate | Technology Companies

Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a mid-level associate to its Technology Companies M&A practice. This is a platform built around venture-backed and high-growth technology clients, with a steady flow of headline transactions across the lifecycle from early-stage to exit.

The group is a known force in the technology and life sciences markets, advising founders, emerging companies, and leading venture capital investors on complex M&A matters. The work is consistent, sophisticated, and driven by deal volume rather than one-off spikes.

The Role

You will work on mergers and acquisitions for technology companies at various stages of growth. Matters include strategic acquisitions, sponsor-side and company-side deals, and transactions involving venture-backed businesses and institutional investors. Associates in this group are trusted with real responsibility, including running discrete pieces of transactions and managing day-to-day deal execution.

Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of M&A experience from a top law firm

• Meaningful exposure to technology company transactions

• Comfortable managing deal components with limited supervision

• Strong judgment, clear writing, and a practical approach to client service

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain promptly
